- We do not guarantee specific marketing results

- External factors may affect results
- Response time: 24-48 hours on business days
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Client Rights
- Client retains rights to their brand and original content
- Access to all accounts and digital assets created
- Use of strategies and concepts specifically developed
- Data portability at end of contract
8.2 DigitalMax Rights
- Proprietary methodologies and processes remain ours
- Tools and software used maintain original licenses

- Knowledge and experience gained are part of our assets
9. Confidentiality
- Absolute protection of confidential business information
- Non-disclosure of financial or strategic data
- Confidentiality agreements with all team members
- Security in handling credentials and access
- Secure data deletion when relationship ends
10. Duration and Termination
10.1 Contract Duration
- Ongoing service contracts: minimum 3-6 months

- Automatic renewal unless otherwise notified

10.2 Contract Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
- Immediate termination for material breach

- Credit for unused services upon contract termination

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Force Majeure

These terms, along with any specific service contract, constitute the complete agreement between the parties and replace all prior verbal or written agreements related to the subject of this document.
20. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Important: These terms are effective from the date of acceptance and remain in force throughout the business relationship with DigitalMax Philippines.
